Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY ships to virtually any address in the world. However, there may be shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. When you place an order, we estimate shipping to be 5-7 days from the order date. For some products shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused and unopened, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed. Items marked “final sale” are sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged. If you received an incorrect or defective product and submit such incorrect or defective product for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping for your replacement item. Otherwise, return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or charged to the PayPal account used for the original purchase. If you need to return an item, login to your account, click “My Account” at the top of the page, and view the order using the “Completed Orders” link under the “Manage Your Account” menu. To place the return, click the “Return Item” button and follow the instructions. Then print the return form, repack the merchandise for mailing, and include the form with your package. We will notify you via e-mail of your return once we have received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your store credit within three (3) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We recommend that you use a form of shipping that provides tracking information and insurance for your returned items, as we are not responsible for returned or exchanged merchandise that we do not receive.
